表面与界面物理团队

团队简介:低维材料及其热、电、磁性质是凝聚态物理及材料科学领域的研究热点。本团队致力于新型一维/二维材料的设计与制造,利用分子束外延、扫描隧道显微镜、低温输运测量系统,结合第一性原理计算在原子尺度下探索表界面效应对材料的量子调控。在新型薄层材料(镓烯、铋烯、锡烯),铁基超导、高熵合金、热电材料、界面水、有机外延薄膜、磁电阻、高温铁磁体及自旋电子学等方面取得了突破性进展。近年来,在Physical Review LettersACS nanoAdvanced Energy MaterialsJournal of Materials Chemistry ANano ResearchPhysical Review BApplied Physics LettersSmall等国际期刊发表论文80余篇,被引用1000余次。研究成果受到国内外同行的广泛关注和认可,并入选20182019年度重庆市科协自然科学优秀学术论文。团队成员先后承担国家级科研项目10余项,曾获2022年度重庆市自然科学二等奖。
